Part 3a

[edit] Introduction

So you want to take care of the Star Wolf Team first? Then let's get on it.

[edit] Guide

[edit] Fichina Mission Finish

After Star Wolf appears, each member will chase after one of your wingmates with Wolf going after Fox(you) Take the other members out as best as you can so your wingmates are free to help out the others. It's best to free Falco first as he is the most skilled pilot besides yourself. This means you will need to take out Leon first. From there, finish off the Star Wolf Team by taking out Pigma and Andrew. That will leave just Wolf to deal with. Get behind him at some point with a somersault and then take him out with your lasers. Once you take out all of the members of Star Wolf, Fox will go inside the base to take care of the bomb. Upon completing the mission, the Star Fox Team will move on to the next planet.

Out of the Frying Pan...

[edit] Mission Walkthrough

This is one of the more dangerous levels if just for the harsh environment. Here, you will literally need to fly high as your Arwing can't take the intense heat of the lava on this level as Peppy will tell you early on. The way of keeping your shield gauge up is to shoot the rocks that come out. Each rock you shoot will not only count as a hit, but will more importantly drop a silver ring to replenish your shield gauge. Glowing rocks drop gold rings, so try to shoot them at all costs. The only enemies you'll face here are bird-like enemies and they will often attack in small or large groups. Depending on the side of the group, you'll want to use Charge Shots and Smart Bombs to take them out. ROB will give you some supplies a little bit before the Checkpoint.

[edit] Question

This is a set path with no alternate route. So, there is no question for this part.
